Welcome to Adrienne Langelier Coaching!

I am a USATF Certified coach (Developmental level) working with athletes of the beginner-intermediate levels currently. I specialize in taking individual runners to the next level, whether it nailing a PR, taking on that longer race, or preparing for transition from high school to college running. No one athlete is the same, and I believe taking an athlete-centered and strengths-based approach brings out the best with whomever you work with.

Using my personal running and multisport experience,personal training experience and extensive psychology background, my goal is for each individual who works with me to gain valuable insight into how to dial in to their best performances again and again.



2012 fees and rates: 

Monthly Plans: $80 per month-includes goal assessment and initial consultation, weekly training plans via Training Peaks, unlimited email contact and 1-3 runs with coach per week (for local athletes; depends on athlete schedule).Weekly Skype or phone meetings for remote athletes.

3-month packages: $225-same features as monthly.

Race-Specific Plans: 10% off monthly fees for each month leading to agreed-upon race.
